We have selected specific times for group lessons each day based on the best tidal conditions for learning. Group lessons are therefore held at these times. We can be a little more flexible with Private lessons and family lessons. If our nominated time does not suit you, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

Stoked Surf Bali is a surf school in Bali focused mainly on beginner and intermediate surfers. We offer surf lessons, surf guiding, and surf coaching designed to help you improve safely, confidently, and enjoyably in Bali’s waves.

For advanced surfers, we also offer surf guiding and surf tours to help you explore the best surf spots around Bali based on conditions and your surfing level.

We are not a surf camp, which means you can enjoy a more private and flexible surf experience with personalized attention focused on your progress and comfort.

Bali is a premier surfing destination because of its warm waters, reliable wave patterns, and great surf spots for beginners.

The water is warm, the waves are constant, and there are almost always surf spots that are beginner friendly, making it one of the easiest places to learn to surf.

Some bookings on this website will require full payment via paypal using a credit card.

If the service you are booking does not require full payment, then the balance must be paid before you start your lesson/tour/package. This can be paid via paypal using a credit card or with cash (Indonesian Rupiah, United States dollars, Australian dollars or Japanse Yen). The exchange rate applicable on the day will be applied.

Please note that there is no refund for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the booking date.

Yes, we need you to sign an indemnity form. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian needs to sign the form on your behalf

If you would like to keep surfing on your own after the lesson, you will need to rent a surf board from us at extra cost.

Yes, your surf lesson includes surfboard, long sleeved rash vest, surf hat, towel and drink.

Transport is free for those staying in Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Jimbaran. If you are staying outside these areas a surcharge applies.

If you are staying in Canggu add $5 one way or $10 return

If you are staying in Nusa Dua, Bukit, Benoa or Sanur add $8 one way or $15 return.

If you are staying in Ubud, add $18 one way or $28 return
